Oh yeah... Our favorite weekend spot here in Dubai...JBR!
Every other weekend or so (at least before the peak summer months) we try to make a point to go swimming at JBR. What we love about this beach is simply the long stretch of white sand and the clear blue sea. Not to mention that warm water when you dive in.

Barbecuing at this spot was one of the highlights as well (unfortunately not allowed anymore), and the easy accessible strings of great restaurants, from coffee shops to burger joints to pizza houses to international cousines, you name it, they have it!

Of course a beach would not be complete without the water rides! From the banana boat ride, to water skiing to para sailing!
